How to Use This Tool

  • 1. Select PDF: Drag & drop or click to choose your PDF. You'll see its name, size, and page count.
  • 2. Choose Split Mode & Configure:
    • Extract Specific Pages/Ranges: Enter page numbers or ranges (e.g., 1-3, 5, 7-end). Each input field creates one new PDF. Next to each input, you'll see feedback on the pages that will be included. Use "Add Another Range" for more PDFs.
    • Split All Pages: Each page becomes a separate PDF.
    • Split by Fixed Page Count: If you enter '2', a 5-page PDF will become: pages 1-2, pages 3-4, page 5.
  • 3. Preview Pages: If a PDF is loaded:
    • In "Extract Specific Pages/Ranges" mode, this section will show previews (first and last page) for each valid range you define.
    • In other modes, it shows a preview of the first page of your original PDF.
  • 4. Split PDF: Click the "Split PDF" button.
  • 5. Download: Previews of the first page of each new PDF segment will appear with "Download" buttons. A "Download All Files" button is also available.
